Tomorrow's Leaders of Delaware is a non-profit [501(c)(3)] organization with an ambition to invest in talented, motivated youth and to help students accelerate their journey to become tomorrow's leaders. By creating opportunities for underserved students, the foundation aims to breakdown socioeconomic barriers that may limit access to education and enrichment opportunities, creating more equity and representation across diverse communities.

 

Founded by Ashley Vanderslice, a high school student at the Tower Hill School in Wilmington, DE., the organization aims to cultivate learning opportunities by providing financial support and scholarships for specialty programs, sports/summer camps, and college/undergraduate classes. A variety of fund-raising and volunteering opportunities will be hosted in the community and scholarships and aid will be granted annually.
